Sour rye soup
BACK TO RECIPESIngredients:
- 1 jar of Sour Rye Soup Base JUST ABOUT DONE ,
- 2 l of vegetable or meat stock,
- 1/2 cup of cream (preferably vegetable for the vegan version, you can also dispense with it),
- garlic,
- marjoram,
- salt, pepper,
- optional: eggs, bacon, sausage

Preparing:
Mix the soup base by adding 2 cups of cold water and 1/2 cup of cream, pour into 1-2 litres of previously prepared vegetable or meat broth and boil.
Pour into 1-2 litres of previously prepared vegetable or meat stock and bring to the slow boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and marjoram.
